For Floral Products:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for fresh flowers.
If there is a quality concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
We may request photos to better understand and address the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
